Equipment health
Operating state, alarms and over-temperature events can support faster diagnosis and less avoidable downtime.

CONNECTED COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SOLUTIONS
UCOOK's long-term direction is commercial kitchen intelligence and equipment management: practical visibility into equipment health, use, energy, consistency and service—not an app that simply switches a cooker on and off.
Discuss a connected-equipment project →01 / THE PURPOSE
Connected functions are selected around downtime, maintenance, consistency, energy evidence and multi-site management. They are not added only for a marketing label.
Operating state, alarms and over-temperature events can support faster diagnosis and less avoidable downtime.
Runtime, working hours and power stages can help operators understand how equipment is actually used.
Energy reporting should use a validated metering method; power stage multiplied by time is not presented as precise consumption.
Time, temperature and program records can support batch comparison when the appliance exposes reliable data.
Equipment identity, service history and replaced parts create a traceable record across stores or projects.
Menu, sales and food-cost conclusions require POS, order or production-system data—not cooker sensors alone.
02 / PRACTICAL ARCHITECTURE
Professional cooking equipment must remain safe and usable even when the internet is unavailable. A connected project therefore starts by confirming controller stability, fault definitions, data sampling and a tested communication interface.
03 / PHASED DELIVERY
Customers can benefit from the service platform even before they purchase connected equipment. IoT becomes an optional layer on top of reliable equipment and records.
Product identity, manuals, BOM/version records, fault-code guidance and service history.
Validated wired interfaces and a local gateway; core cooking remains safe and functional when the network is unavailable.
Authenticated devices, encrypted transport, alert rules and role-based customer dashboards.
Optional POS, order, recipe or maintenance integrations only where the data and business case justify them.
04 / MARKET & COMPLIANCE BOUNDARY
Final requirements depend on the target country, communication module, frequency, whole-machine design, data location and intended remote functions. Wireless approval, electrical certification, cybersecurity, privacy and cross-border data rules are assessed separately for each project.
Current public scope: connected-kitchen planning, interface assessment, digital service records and project-specific integration studies. Global remote monitoring, autonomous control and universal certification are not advertised as standard verified functions.
